Objectives of this role
The eLearning Developer is the technical backbone of course production at Curio. You build and maintain online courses inside learning management systems and authoring tools, translating design briefs and source content into polished, accessible digital learning experiences.
You work closely with Learning Designers and Learning Technologists, owning the build quality of each course you produce. You are methodical, technically confident, and take pride in getting the details right - from accessibility compliance to a consistent, well-structured course build.

Implement interactive elements in line with provided style guides and client frameworks.
Content migration and revision
Migrate content from source documents (Word, PDF, PowerPoint) into digital learning platforms accurately and efficiently.
Revise existing course content based on feedback from Learning Designers or clients, applying changes precisely.
Accessibility and quality assurance
Ensure all course content conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.
Conduct quality assurance checks against provided frameworks, style guides, and client requirements before delivery.
LMS administration and support
Administer LMS functions including date restrictions, master course and section creation, assessment and test bank management, and course revisions.
Diagnose and resolve LMS configuration and content issues.
Test and evaluate new LMS features and third-party integrations, facilitating external product evaluation where required.
Participate in information exchange with Learning Designers, Learning Technologists, and LMS administrators.

Familiarity with information architecture principles and web-based instruction design.
